Most patients return to light activities and office work within 1–2 weeks.
Light exercise may resume after 3–4 weeks, with full activity typically allowed by 6 weeks.
Swelling decreases gradually, and the chest continues to settle into its natural shape, with final results usually seen in 3–6 months.
